About the Job
We’re looking for a full-time barista to join our team at Idea Coffee! This role is ideal for someone who’s friendly, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Barista experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Make coffee, espresso drinks, and teas to order.
- Take customer orders on a POS system and handle payments.
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized.
- Prepare small food dishes such as sandwiches and heating pastries.
- Help with prep, dishes, and restocking as needed.
- Work well with the team and communicate clearly.
- Open or close the shop depending on the shift.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm during rushes.
- Available to work weekends and flexible with schedule.
- Barista or food service experience preferred.

Hours:
- Averaging 30 hours a week.
- Open and close shifts.
- Store Hours T-F 7am-3pm, Sat 7am-4pm, Sun 8am-4pm.
